Gambino’s French bread
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Slice cheese thinly and place in bowl.
Pour one cup of milk and heat for 10 minutes in a double bowl (lower bowl filled with water).
Drain milk off and add cheese to hot oil and 1⁄2 cup of milk.
Stir well and do NOT let cheese boil over.
Add 2 cups of olive salad and salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.
Slice French bread to dip in bowl.
